Rules of conduct
How we play together
Lotusreach is a small world kept by people who love it. These rules keep it a good place to be. Breaking them can cost a warning, a suspension or the account.
Be decent
- No harassment, hate speech, threats or stalking, in chat, tells, linkshells or our Discord.
- No sexual content involving minors, no doxxing, no impersonating staff.
- Disagree all you like; argue with ideas, not people.
Play fair
- No bots, scripts that play for you while you are away, or tools that read or change the game's memory to gain an edge. Addons the launcher ships with are fine.
- No exploiting bugs. If you find one, report it; we would rather fix it than ban for it.
- No selling or buying gil, items, characters or accounts for real money.
- Running more than one character at once is fine as long as you are at the keyboard for each of them.
Share the world
- Don't block spawn points, zone lines or event areas on purpose.
- Don't train monsters onto other players on purpose.
- Respect claims: a monster another party is fighting is theirs.
Your account
- Your account is yours alone. Don't share it or your password.
- We will never ask for your password, by email, tell or Discord.
- Character names must not be offensive or impersonate someone else.
